From the photo, you just cannot appreciate how much vaseline is in Luke's hair, on his face, pajamas, the carpet- but look at his hands. You can kind of see it glopped in between his fingers. Luke is really making Allie look like quite the angel. This happened shortly after the chocolate syrup incident. Jason didn't want us to post it because for sure you all would think we were staging these things. Or completely neglectful as parents. Neither one makes us look that great.

I have decided that this kind of thing happening repeatedly does not mean we are bad or neglectful parents, we just have kids that are super smart and curios:):)
That's just awesome.
so how do you clean that stuff out of your carpet?? (look at the influence Trevor has had on me)
OH man!! I clicked on the first photo to enlarge it and I was able to see a little better just how smothered he is! That is too funny... (and frustrating--when it comes to cleaning up!) But knowing you guys you just laughed it off with great attitudes...
I can't wait to see you guys at Thanksgiving. If you want tickets to my show go to: www.parkcityshows.com
But PLEASE don't feel like you have to come, the tickets are expensive.
Oh, the adventures that we have to look forward to!
You know, kids only do what they see their parents do...
Chris is so funny. And true. What do you guys really use your vaseline for? Just kidding. Kids are kids. I heard once a mom said when she cleans out stains like this she thinks about how much she loves her kids, it makes it easier for her. I think I read that in the Ensign, doesn't that sound like a total Ensign insight? Cuz no one I know would really say that.
Joseph glopped vaseline on his head on more than one occasion. I could never figure out what the attraction was really....but I think your little one did it more...extensively. I could only think that Joseph had seen Andrew plop gel on his hair or something like that. We will talk, Joy. You will survive. Institutionalize nap time, after lunch, for everyone. Even if they just rest in their room. its revival time! I did love my 3 under 3. People would say, YOU MUST BE BUSY?! and I would say...well, when I am NOT busy, they ARE. Meaning, I had to be on my toes, or truly they were making plans!
