Gilly!

This post is dedicated to Aunt Peggy. She told us to check out "Gilly", a skit from Saturday Night Live, because I really like the actress Kristen Wiig. Like most skits, it gets funnier each time you see it. But what really made this one funny to me was Allie. It will makes more sense when you see the following clips. We shortened the SNL skit but you should get the drift.

And this is just some added fun. An interview with Allie on her birthday last week while mom was in the other room wrapping her gifts.

That was funny. This skit preceded that funny "sorry" kind of put it perspective. No harm intended, just wanted to see what would happen if she dropped him. Thanks for sharing. MOm

That settles it ...we have to come to ALberquerque sometime. To learn how to spell it and to see those kids and possibly save their lives.
I don't know how or when, but I am comin.

this is fabulous.
honestly, some of her statements, voice inflections & body language reminds me of little o' ME.

Oldest girl--all the way!
Love it, she's a doll! Happy Birthday Allie!

Allie's got much cuter hair, but she captured the "sorry" perfectly.

I'm more astounded by the similarities between Jason and the teacher...

That was great. The kids made me play it over and over. They LOVE seeing their cousins on the computer. It made Kent and I laugh.

I can't help it. I watched Gilly again and Allie again, and Allie's SORRY IS SOOOOOOO FUNNY. ( had she SEEN GILLY?) And Jason, you are funnnnnnny too..."WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE NICE!?????????????"
Can you BELIEVE how funny it is to be parents??????? I don't think that the funny factor gets NEAR enough attention, but I think BLOGS are the answer to the problem!

So cute! I love Allie's "sorry" and "it's a surprise." And dropping Wesley was just an added bonus. Nice, very nice. :)
