Luke does not like to have his hair cut. Let me say that again- Luke does not like to have his hair cut. He says it hurts.
However, from this side view you can see that it was time.
And from the top view, you can see that there has never been a time when his style was the style. So Joy held the poor kid down and he screamed bloody murder continuously for 10 minutes while I gave him a finger cut to the best of my ability. We did this in our barber shop / bathroom / kitchen / storage unit / bath. Hair with your quiche?
The poor kid survived, here he was after church in the back yard. You can see he might need a touch-up while he is sleeping.
For the record, here is Wesley the same day plowing the construction mess with his tractor. Also for the record, Wesley has not had a haircut- yet.

LOL I'm dreading haircuts with my kids...
After the Carters move out of our place at the end of June, you can come stay with us! Just think - clean laundry, hot showers! ;-)
What a handsome boy! He looks tortured in the first picture just thinking about a haircut.
Save some of that hair so you can put it in a scrap book. When he is 16 and cuts it all off for the "bald look" you may want to go and touch it. Grandma
Hilarious. Love the side and top shots. Do the clippers scare him more than scissors?
Those boys are SO CUTE! It's wonderful that they have each other and are so close in age. Just like Erin and Maria, Carter and Jason and Henry and Ellis......BEST BUDS.....
MOM
Joy, It's past time to invest in a Flobee! MOM
